When you contact us with your game, please attach a screenshot in advance so that we can respond to your inquiry more smoothly. However, it is not always known how to take a screenshot image.
The way to take a screenshot differs depending on the device, so please make sure you know what device you are using.
How to take a screenshot
For Android
Most devices these days can be taken by pressing [Volume Down] + [Power].
A short sound will be played, and after the visual effect, the image will be saved in the "Screenshot" folder of the Gallery.
For other older devices, you can take a picture by following one of the steps below.
- Press and hold the [Home] + [Power]
- Press and hold [Back] + [Power]
- Press and hold [Back] and double tap the [Home]
In the case of Android using a modified device, the way it is taken and where it is stored may be different.
For iOS
In the case of iOS, the shooting method differs slightly depending on whether the Home button is present or not. When you take a picture, the screen will turn white for a moment and the image will be saved in the "Camera Roll".
- Devices with a Home button: Hold down the [Home] and press the [Lock] button.
- Devices without a Home button: [Volume Up] + [Power]
