9 Things to Try When Instant Games is Running Slow

In rare cases, we receive inquiries about the slow movement of the ball when playing SUPER BOWLING. We understand that the slow movement of the ball can be frustrating, but please check the following items once again to get a comfortable playing experience.
Please note that all of the information here is for smartphones. If you are using a PC, please contact us separately if you are experiencing the slowdown.
1. Fully charge the battery
Some devices may be forced to suppress functions when the smartphone battery is low. Charge your battery in advance before playing.
2. Do not play while charging
Playing while charging the battery may cause the battery to heat up, forcibly suppressing its functions. Excessive heat generated by the battery may also accelerate the deterioration of the battery. Try to avoid playing while the battery is charging.
3. Turn off the battery safe mode
Depending on the smartphone manufacturer, it may be called "Low Power Mode" instead of "Battery Saver Mode". As the name suggests, Battery Safe Mode is a feature that reduces battery drainage, but when this feature is active, it limits the functionality and performance of the smartphone, making games run much slower.
Some devices may be set up to work with this feature from the beginning, so try turning it off or reviewing the settings.
To turn Low Power Mode off, go to Settings > Battery.
Some devices, especially Samsung devices, have a feature that prevents battery drainage turned on from the start. Please check the settings around the battery first.

4. Turn off the tasks of other running applications
Simply closing a running application by pressing the home button or launching another application does not mean that you have completely terminated it. Smartphones have a feature called multitasking, which is running in the background most of the time.
Therefore, turn off the tasks of all running applications except the Facebook application.
5. Uninstall unused applications
If your smartphone is on the edge of its capacity, it may interfere with its operation. Try to take up more free space by uninstalling unused applications and deleting unnecessary images and videos.
6. Make sure you have the latest version of the Facebook application
It is possible that there is something wrong with the Facebook app that is causing it to run sluggishly. The Facebook app may also be updated to improve performance, so try to get the latest version from Google Play or App Store.
7. Turn off the Facebook app task and then restart the app
As we mentioned earlier, when you close the app, it is still running in the background. If you want to restart the Facebook app, you need to turn off the task first, and then launch the app.
8. Restart the device
Restarting the device is the most effective way to fix a problem that you don't know the cause of, although it is also effective for computers. Rebooting resets everything and refreshes the device, making it work faster.
9. Replace the battery or buy a new device
This may be a last resort. If you are using an older device and have been using the battery heavily, the battery may be degraded. A degraded battery may affect the performance of your device. So replacing it with a new battery can bring back the performance.
However, there are times when the device itself is so old that replacing the battery will not provide the original performance. Although the hardware performance of smartphones is constantly evolving, the hardware often becomes inferior as the OS and applications are updated and become more sophisticated.
In such a case, we recommend you to take the plunge and buy a new device. If possible, try to buy a high-spec model. High-spec models are naturally smoother and may last longer.
